OLIVER HINCKSON
Founder & Head Coach
Oliver founded London Elite Youth in 2015. His experience spans academy coaching at Fulham, QPR and Brentford, alongside academy scouting at Fulham.
A UEFA A-qualified coach, Oliver’s work centres on understanding the player: their strengths, the demands of their position and the detail that can help them develop.
That approach shapes LEY’s coaching, from the design of a practice to the feedback a player receives.
Development by design
Our coaching approach
Our sessions focus on the details of technique, decision-making and the demands of each player’s position. Clear feedback connects what players practise with the situations they face in games.
01 · Build the technique
Understand the action and refine the detail.
02 · Add the challenge
Introduce opponents, pressure and decisions.
03 · Connect it to the game
Recognise when and why to use it.
